Art Anthology journal

Today I am going to share a journal I made for my son using Art Anthology paints. If you have never used Art Anthology paints you let me tell you how versatile they are. These paints can be used on just about every craft surface - paper, canvas, wood and chipboard just to name a few  I love the color and exture that they can give any project.

Indigoblu

Have you ever used IndigoBlu stamps?  Their stamps are just amazing. With this card I chose the colors pink and black. Let me know what you think.

Dream On

This is a scrapbook layout that I made of my grandson using Creative Embellishments and IndigoBlu FlitterGlu Flakes. The FlitterGlu flakes are gilding flakes. It is the Flitterglu that makes the chipboard so colorful. It comes in many different colors. It is just fun to work with.

Brave Girl

I have gone through a very difficult time recently. My dad passed away from liver cancer. I found it hard to work on projects. I found this saying that spoke to me "Put On Your Brave Girl Wings". Whenever things got tough I would think of this saying and it would help me get through.

This project was made with Spellbinders and Art Anthology Coloration Sprays.

Clemson wreath.

This wreath is for my Clemson friend Carey. I love making the mesh wreaths they are so easy to make and work up fast. The footballs are ornaments from Hobby Lobby. The bow is made of Clemson fabric.

Gumball Candy Dish

This is a Gumball candy dish made out of a terra cotta pot and a glass bowl. I simply painted the pot and the terra cotta saucer with 2 coats of acrylic red paint. I purchased the glass bowl at the dollar store and glued it on the pot using E6000 glue. I then glued a bead on the top of the painted saucer. I used washi tape around he base of the pot and added a pretty white bow. This one is going in my office at work. These are a very quick, easy and inexpensive gift to make for anyone.
